With Salarium, we now have a biometric system and an online platform to view attendance. Just looking at the dashboard on the administrator view already provides a lot of information.
Salarium also helped us in monitoring the atten- dance of employees who are time-based. The system provides individual information on time-in/out and hours spent in the office. This helped in making sure computations are correct and that there is no discrepancy in pay.
